Spicy Chicken & Rice

  • 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (or 2 pounds of any part of a chicken)
  • Butter
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Roxy's Spice Mix
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Dragon Sauce
  • 1/2 cup of Cream (or milk/buttermilk)
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (this is optional)
  • 4 cups cooked rice (I use minute rice when I am in a hurry)
  • 6 small peppers - red/yellow/orange - sliced and deseeded.
