- 1/2 pound butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- fresh rosemary - chiffon ed - 1/2 tsp
- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (or 2 pounds of any part of a chicken)
- Butter
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Roxy's Spice Mix
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Dragon Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Cream (or milk/buttermilk)
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (this is optional)
- 4 cups cooked rice (I use minute rice when I am in a hurry)
- 6 small peppers - red/yellow/orange - sliced and deseeded.
