Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- fresh rosemary - chiffon ed - 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
- Melt butter and add garlic and rosemary. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Over medium heat, add the Parmesan and whisk until smooth
- Over medium heat, add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth
- Add cream and milk and bring to a slow boil. Cook until mixture thickens slightly.
