Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • fresh rosemary - chiffon ed - 1/2 tsp

 

Instructions: 
  1. Melt butter and add garlic and rosemary. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Over medium heat, add the Parmesan and whisk until smooth
  3. Over medium heat, add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth
  4. Add cream and milk and bring to a slow boil. Cook until mixture thickens slightly.
