Ingredients:
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice crispies
- 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Cookies
- Melt corn syrup and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the peanut butter and continue stirring over heat until it is fully integrated.
- Mix the rice crispies in
- Press in 13 x 9 greased cake pan
Topping
- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler
- Spread over the top of the rice cookies
- Chill
