Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice crispies
  • 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions: 

Cookies

  • Melt corn syrup and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Add the peanut butter and continue stirring over heat until it is fully integrated.
  • Mix the rice crispies in
  • Press in 13 x 9 greased cake pan

Topping

  • Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler
  • Spread over the top of the rice cookies
  • Chill
