Ingredients:
- 1 gallon milk
- 1 to 1-2/3 cups whole milk yogurt
Instructions:
- Bring milk to a boil in the instantpot.
- Remove inner pot and set out to cool. Cool to between 115-118 degrees.
- Replace the inner pot and add the yogurt culture.
- Using YOGURT setting process for 8.5 hours.
Resulting yogurt is thick and creamy.
