Ingredients: 
  • 1 gallon milk
  • 1 to 1-2/3 cups whole milk yogurt
Instructions: 
  1. Bring milk to a boil in the instantpot.
  2. Remove inner pot and set out to cool. Cool to between 115-118 degrees.
  3. Replace the inner pot and add the yogurt culture.
  4. Using YOGURT setting process for 8.5 hours.

Resulting yogurt is thick and creamy.
