Ingredients:
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 box pistachio jello
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream - sugar
Instructions:
Drain the can of crushed pineapple and pour it in a bowl with pistachio jello packet. Stir until it becomes a vibrant green color. Then, put 2 cups of cottage cheese in the same bowl & stir until it’s all mixed together. Then, in a separate bowl, pour 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream and mix until stiff. gradually add sugar as you mix until it’s as sweet as you want it. After that’s done, scrape the whipped cream into your other bowl and gently fold it in your pineapple mixture until fully mixed.
