Ingredients: 
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • dash of salt
Instructions: 
  1. Cream butter and sugar and salt
  2. Add eggs and mix until well blended
  3. Mix with lemon juice and pour in sauce pan and start cooking over low heat
  4. Bring to a slow boil and keep stirring
  5. When mixture begins to thicken remove from heat - about 10 minutes.
