Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 pound butter
- dash of salt
Instructions:
- Cream butter and sugar and salt
- Add eggs and mix until well blended
- Mix with lemon juice and pour in sauce pan and start cooking over low heat
- Bring to a slow boil and keep stirring
- When mixture begins to thicken remove from heat - about 10 minutes.
