Ingredients: 

Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla (or lemon) extract

Crust

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions: 

Crust

  1. Mix sugar and graham cracker crumbs in bowl.
  2. Melt butter and add to graham cracker mixture and mix with fork.
  3. Press into bottom of pie or springform pan and bake for 10 minutes

Filling

  1. Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Slowly add the condensed milk and flavor extract while mixing,
  3. Pour mixture into prepared crust and chill for 30 minutes.
