Ingredients:
Filling
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla (or lemon) extract
Crust
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions:
Crust
- Mix sugar and graham cracker crumbs in bowl.
- Melt butter and add to graham cracker mixture and mix with fork.
- Press into bottom of pie or springform pan and bake for 10 minutes
Filling
- Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- Slowly add the condensed milk and flavor extract while mixing,
- Pour mixture into prepared crust and chill for 30 minutes.
