Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup cocoa (I prefer dark)
- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Add eggs and liquids and stir until well blended.
- Add chocolate chips
- Fill muffin cups to about 2/3 and bake at 350 degrees until tops start to dry. Bake time will depend on the size of the muffin tins you are using. Small, cupcake size will take 20-30 minutes large tins take 45+ minutes.
