Ingredients: 
  • 2/3 cup cocoa (I prefer dark)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1-1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions: 
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs and liquids and stir until well blended.
  3. Add chocolate chips
  4. Fill muffin cups to about 2/3 and bake at 350 degrees until tops start to dry. Bake time will depend on the size of the muffin tins you are using. Small, cupcake size will take 20-30 minutes large tins take 45+ minutes.
